In the Recent Supporters section, you can optionally choose to show the names of people who've taken your action recently.

You can add some text as an intro and also decide how many supporters to show. If you want to, you can show flags of the country where the support is from. That works if you have a Country field in your form. Similarly, you can also decide to show comments by users. That works if you have a Comment field in your form.
