On the Form step of Actions, you can set up the Form Fields.

You can drag in more fields from the left sidebar where it says Salutation, Title, Opt-in etc.
You can expand the subsections of the sidebar to see more Form Fields.

You can edit the label above the field.
In the Field validations section, you can decide if the field should be required or not and edit the error message that will show.
In the Advanced configuration section, you can edit the Field name and Delete the field.

5. Some more complex Fields like Email Opt-in have lots of options where you can:
- Add text above and below the field
- Decide what text should show if your supporter clicks No to receiving your emails
- Decide whether to show your opt-in question should be a radio button or a checkbox
- Specify the newsletter, eg Mailchimp audience that people who take your Action should be added to

Once you’re happy with your form fields, move on to the Emails section with the Emails tab at the top

## Setting up Thank you Emails
You’ll find the Thank You Email, preselected as activated.
Mostly, you’ll leave the To field alone. If you need to CC or BCC anyone into your thank you emails you can do that too.
Edit the subject line and email content as you wish.
You can use the merge tag button on the far left of the formatting bar to insert fields, field data into your email.Edit the subject line and email content as you wish.
Merge tags let you insert answers to fields in your form. They have the format of `{{form.FIELD_NAME}}` . But most of the time you can insert them using them the merge tag button on the far left of the formatting bar.

If you like, you can activate the Notification email to send an email to another email address, such as your own, whenever someone submits a form. Usually, you’ll only want to use this on low-traffic Actions!
